My journey started in 2005, when I realized I needed to make a change. I was working 60 hours a week, overweight, stressed out and had poor eating habits. I didn’t know where to start because everything seemed so complicated. I did lots of research and most of what I learned was by trial and error. I first started running the steps at the Red Rocks Amphitheater near Denver, Colorado. Over time I integrated other practices too – the 80/20 principle, Keto and intermittent fasting. The combination of these has transformed my life – I lost 20 pounds, became more balanced and really felt better by focusing on the right foods. In addition, I’ve seen an overall improvement in my health and wellbeing and actually feel younger. The interesting part is that it was simple – just by implementing little steps everyday. By implementing small daily habits with One SPARK Everyday, I’m now living my best life and have more time and energy to focus on what really matters. Join me.
